If you’re based within 18 miles of Buxton it’s free delivery for all orders over £65 (see map, left, not to scale). A charge of £35 will be applied to all local orders less than £65.

For customers who are between 18 and 25 miles away, the delivery cost is £35; for customers over 25 miles away the delivery cost is £55.

Palletline is our nationwide distribution partner, who will deliver your logs, solid fuel and kindling to your door, usually within 2-3 days.

When you have placed your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable day and time for the delivery, which will usually be within 2-3 working days.

When we arrive at your property, we will get the delivery as close to your fuel store as possible, especially if you have ordered our log stacking service, which you can buy online.

Please note: if no-one is in when the order arrives (at the agreed day & time) and we can’t complete the delivery, or if you fail to mention any problems that prevent us from easily making the delivery, you may incur additional charges.
